About Us

Thomas Michael Harris III is a practicing attorney who handles cases in Northeast Alabama and Northwest Georgia. He brings a wide array of experience to help his clients get the results they are looking for. After graduating law school, Mr. Harris began his legal career by being hired as the criminal attorney for J.P. Coleman Law located in Baldwin County, Alabama. Mr. Harris was the sole criminal attorney at the firm but also handled many family law matters and civil disputes while working for J.P. Coleman Law. After a few years of practice, Mr. Harris wanted to return to Georgia to serve his hometown and the surrounding communities. Mr. Harris continued to work a full time job while studying for the Georgia bar. After passing his second bar exam, Mr. Harris moved back to Georgia and opened his main office in Centre, AL. Mr. Harris handles private client's cases and handles appointed cases for the State of Alabama and is on the conflict list for the State of Georgia. He handles a variety of criminal cases, ranging from simple speeding tickets to violent felonies. He has helped his clients receive many favorable outcomes in complex civil matters. He is a member of Trinity United Methodist church in Rome, GA and volunteers with many different organizations. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family, friends and the communities that he is involved in. He will fight for you and the best outcome in your case.
